Quick-cooking pork strips are a fast and easy source of protein and multiple nutrients, including thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, and vitamin B6. They’re great in stir-fries, fajitas, burritos, or as a sandwich filling.

Stovetop

  • Cut a small corner from the pork packaging and drain off any excess liquid. Transfer to a plate; pat dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 to 2 tablespoons oil until hot but not smoking. Working in batches if needed, add the pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes.
