Stovetop
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon oil until hot but not smoking. Add the chicken and cook, stirring once or twice, until the meat begins to crisp around the edges, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
