The savory flatbread that Chef Justine developed to go with the Shakshuka with Greens was such a hit around the office that we started making it as a snack. It’s great on its own or with a dip. We particularly like it with the feta dip Tirokafteri.

- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 lavash flatbread
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
